Effective September 1, 2023, and in compliance with H.B. 2626 (88th Legislature), relating to the availability of certain reports of political contributions and expenditures, the City is making the campaign finance reports filed with the City Secretary's Office available for a period of five (5) years from the date of filing.  The redactions on the reports are in compliance with the bill specifications, and any questions or complaints related to the content in the reports or the failure to submit reports should be directed to the Texas Ethics Commission who is the regulatory authority for these finance reports.
