To make your payment please contact Permits & Inspections at permits@pearlandtx.gov or 281.652.1638. We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Checks and money orders are also welcomed but must be sent with mail-in application(s).

Temporary Food Establishments 

Applications and required documents including a labeled floor plan, menu, and food handler and/or manager certifications must be submitted to the Permits office at least five (5) days prior to event for review and approval. A permit must be obtained before temporary establishment may open or operate. Temporary food permits will be valid for one year and will expire the last day of the twelfth (12^th) month after issuance.

Permit Fee: $75

Attach a detailed description of the operation. Include any source(s) of food items (including purchasing location), methods of food transportation, preparation process and location, food holding temperatures, and sanitation or cleaning procedures. 

Permit must be on premises while operating at any event.
