The turnaround time for applicants to receive reviews is as follows:

Commercial

New/Additions: 13–15 business days for the initial review and 8–10 business days for resubmittals.

Fences, construction trailers, pools, and similar scopes: 5–7 business days for the initial review and 3–5 business days for resubmittals.

Residential

New/Additions: 8–10 business days for the initial review and 3–5 business days for resubmittals.

Fences, pools, generators, solar panels, and similar scopes: 3–5 business days for both initial submittals and resubmittals.
