Food Establishment License Renewal process for 2018
Please note that Food Dealer Licenses for 2017 have expired. All businesses required to obtain a food dealer license must renew for 2018. Please ensure you have applied in person or by mail no later than Friday, Jan. 19 in order to avoid any penalties. Follow the Food Dealer’s License link to print the application. Complete and mail your application to 3519 Liberty Drive, Pearland, Texas 77581. If you have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All food establishments, including restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, clubs/taverns, schools and daycares, are required to obtain health permits.

Temporary Food Establishments
Application must be submitted at least one week prior to event for approval. A permit must be obtained before temporary establishment may open.
Permit Fee: $35
Attach a detailed description of the operation. Include process of purchasing of food items (including purchasing location), methods of food transportation, preparation process, food holding temperatures, food-serving length of time, and clean up procedures.
A temporary food establishment may not operate for a period of more than 10 consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration. Permit must be on premise at event at all times.
