Below is a list of cases that require notification of surrounding property owners to be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission, City Council, and Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Attendance
All residents and property owners of Pearland are welcome to attend the following meetings and voice their support or opposition. If you wish to speak at the meeting about a specific issue that is being brought before the board, please arrive early and fill out the provided form; each citizen is provided 3 minutes. 


Unable to Attend?
If you cannot attend but still wish to express your support or opposition, please fill out the public comment form above and submit before 12 p.m. on the day of the hearing.


*Please note that staff reports and attached documents will be posted on the website by noon three days prior to the event. For instance:

  • Information regarding the Planning and Zoning Commission will be posted by noon on the Friday before the hearing.
  • Information regarding the Zoning Board of Adjustment will be posted by noon on the Monday before the hearing.
