Frontier Waste Solutions is a fully licensed, non-hazardous solid waste and recycling collection service company serving North Texas, Central Texas, Greater Houston, and Coastal Bend areas. Frontier provides a variety of solid waste and recycling solutions including weekly garbage collection, bulk item and brush removal, recycling services, dumpster rentals, municipal contract services, and industrial/roll off services.

As the City's contract with Waste Management was near end of term, the City sent out a request for proposals for solid waste services. Frontier Waste Solutions proposal stood apart from all submitted proposals and provides for better services for the cost. This includes the addition of carts for household trash, plus providing an app for direct communications from Frontier to residents and residents to Frontier.
