  • Residents rate city services in biennial Citizen Survey

    Pearland residents are generally as satisfied as they were two years ago with life in Pearland according to a biennial independent research survey conducted by the National Research Center. 88 percent of residents feel the quality of life in Pearland is good or excellent and residents overwhelmingly feel that Pearland is a good/excellent place to live.

What is the CIP?
The Capital Improvements Program (CIP) is the long-range plan for all individual capital improvement projects and funding sources. CIP Projects are unique construction projects that provide improvements or additions such as land, buildings, and infrastructure.

Northern Brazoria County Subregional Plan (SPI) 
The SPI program, provides funding and assistance for locally driven transportation and land use planning studies. The outcome of the program will be locally-approved transportation and mobility improvement recommendations to be included in the Regional Transportation Plan.
