From Veterans to Main St (SH 35)
Scope: This project consists of widening the current two-lane roadway to a four-lane lane boulevard section to match the existing roadway cross-section to the east and west. The project will include the addition of a new above grade crossing over the railroad to achieve the desired ultimate width as required in the Thoroughfare Plan. The widening will also include drainage improvements to address the road widening. This project will provide improved vehicular mobility in the east/west corridors by having a four-lane boulevard from HWY 35 to SH 288.
This project is part of the 2019 Bond referendum.
