(Roy Rd Paving) 11.03.25

 Beginning Monday, November 3rd, 2025, Brazoria County will begin asphalt overlay on Roy Rd as part of the City of Pearland's interlocal agreement.

The asphalt overlay work is anticipated to last 1-2 weeks, weather permitting. All roadways will remain accessible to school buses, emergency vehicles, residents, and businesses during construction hours.

Once the overlay work on Roy Rd is complete, Brazoria County will then transition to Old Chocolate Bayou Rd, and end on Plum St. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact Customer Experience – 281.652.1900 or experienceteam@pearlandtx.gov.
