These are subject to availability, call volume, and scheduling. To schedule an outreach event, fill out the applications below or contact our business office to learn more.
Citizens Fire Academy
Have you ever wondered what being a firefighter is all about? Or why firefighters take the risks they take? How would you react in an emergency situation? If a family member had a heart attack in your home, could you help them?CFA is an opportunity for residents to find out the answers to those questions. To be accepted into the class, you must commit to attending all the classes in the 9-week program, be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, and either live or work in Pearland or within the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction.
