Course Description:

This course is designed to familiarize the participant with applicable Federal and State regulations and case laws regarding small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) utilization.

Any government personnel

Course Requirements:

Currently employed by a public safety agency

Course Goal: 

To familiarize the participant with applicable Federal and State regulations regarding small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) utilization. 

Course Objectives: 

• The participant will be able to understand all Federal and State regulations regarding UAS deployments.
• The participant will be able to identify applicable case laws regarding sUAS deployments.

• The participant will be able to identify applicable counter sUAS statutes
