Water Payment Options
A simple, convenient, and secure way of viewing and paying water and wastewater bills online.
Please note that if water services have been discontinued due to delinquency, after your payment has been made please contact customer service at 281.652.1603 to have service reconnected. A delinquency fee of $25 will be charged and an additional deposit may also be required. If it is after 8 a.m. and the account is scheduled for disconnection for non-pay today please do not use the Online Pay system or Mail payment, instead, please call 281.652.1603.
New Customer PIN
New customers will need to request Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) in order to access their accounts. Once you create a PIN (Password). Ensure you have your Account number (including the dash) and cycle/route number (located on your bill underneath your account number). Please do not copy and paste your numbers, our system will not recognize it.
