Residential water and sewer customers with a 1" or larger size water meter may request water rate assistance. The City recognizes your concerns and is prepared to assist. A meter size assessment will be provided to determine whether a downsized meter could provide sufficient water flow and pressure to your residence in accordance with industry standards and associated building codes. After the determination and if warranted, the associated metered rates will apply. To begin this process an account holder of record must complete the Request for Meter Downsize Form and the Domestic Demand Form.
