Termination requests may only be submitted within seven (7) days of the requested termination date.

If water service needs to be reconnected after termination, a $30 administration fee will apply for reconnection on the next business day. If same-day reconnection is requested, a $100 same-day reconnection fee will apply.

Please be advised that if the requested termination date is requested on a Friday, weekend, or City-observed holiday, the termination will be processed on the next business day.
