Quentin Wiltz serves as the newly elected Mayor of Pearland and brings more than 20 years of private-sector corporate and business experience across the oil and gas pipeline, manufacturing, retail, and pharmaceutical industries. His expertise includes finance, capital projects, forecasting, planning and analysis, statistical process improvement, capital budgeting, and project management.

Mayor Wiltz is a Certified Process Improvement Professional and Project Management Professional. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the C. T. Bauer College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Southern University. He has also served as an adjunct professor and has extensive experience leading teams within Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.

He is a twenty-year Pearland resident who has volunteered hundreds of hours leading local nonprofits,  city boards,  and organization like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Brazoria County Allegiance for children,  West Point parents Club of Greater Houston, Keep Pearland Beautiful to make a few.  He enjoys watching documentaries, gaming, playing golf and is an active life member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity,  inc.

Mayor Wiltz and his wife, Monique, have been married for 22 years and are proud parents of two sons: Ethan, a Senior at United States Military Academy, and Evan, a graduating senior from Shadow Creek High School.  They are members of St Francis Xavier Catholic Church and Silverlake Church.
